There are two types of E-poster presentations:
All presenters will receive an email from our E-poster provider “Simul” to upload your E-poster.
- E-Poster Short Oral– abstracts selected for this category will upload their posters electronically. A designated date and time for presentation will be assigned to each presenter. You will receive an email notification, with your presentation time, prior to the congress. Presentations will be given at the E-poster stations.
Each presenter will have a total of 7 minutes for their presentation (5 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for discussion).
- E-Poster Viewing Only– abstracts selected for this category will upload their posters electronically. The posters will be available for viewing at the E-poster stations. There is no designated time for presentations in this category. Accordingly, you will not need to bring a poster with you, nor to print one in Athens, but it will be essential for you to prepare your E-poster in good time and upload it before the Congress starts.
Note: All Congress Participants will have the opportunity to view the abstracts and E-posters via the Congress website and the Mobile App during the Congress. Your E-poster will also be available for viewing on the large electronic screens in the E-poster Area at the Congress Center. Any E-poster can be viewed on any screen during the open Congress hours.

E-POSTER PREPARATION
Deadline for uploading your E-Poster: 22 June, 2019
- All E-Posters should be prepared in English.
- One Page Document
- Layout: Portrait (vertical orientation)
- Poster Size:
- Pixels: Minimum recommended size (format W x H) is 1125 x 2000px and maximum is 2250 x 4000px.
- In inches/cm: 18”/45.72cm width and 32”/81.28cm height
- Format: 9:16
- DPI 300 pixels/inch
- File Size: Maximum file size without the video is 5MB, including the video is 40MB.
- File Format: PDF (.pdf)
- Media: Images/photos, graphs and tables can be included in the E-Poster.
- Multimedia: Videos can be included in the E-Poster. (in order to embed movies inside PDF please use Adobe Acrobat Pro and only mp4 files are accepted encoded with h264 codec)
- Maximum 4 videos per E-Poster.
